Welcome to the Pet Corner webshop. Please read the following terms of purchase carefully before placing your order. By purchasing on our webshop, you accept all the stated conditions.
1.1. Webshop Neve-Pet DOO operates in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Montenegro.
1.2. Customers are obliged to provide accurate and complete information when ordering.
1.3. All products shown are available while supplies last.
2.1. All prices on the webshop are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
2.2. Neve-Pet DOO reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Prices are valid at the time of order confirmation.
3.1. The customer can make the payment:
- Cash on delivery (payment upon delivery)
4.1. Delivery is made via a courier service on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro.
4.2. Shipping costs are calculated when the order is confirmed.
4.3. The delivery time is from 2 to 7 working days, depending on the availability of the product and the customer's address.
5.1. The customer has the right to return the purchased product within 14 days from the day of receipt, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Montenegro.
5.2. The product must be undamaged, in the original packaging, with accompanying documentation and receipt.
5.3. In the event of a complaint due to product damage or incorrect delivery, the buyer is obliged to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods by e-mail or telephone.
5.4. Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
6.1. Neve-Pet DOO undertakes to preserve the privacy of all customer data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Montenegro.
6.2. Data that customers leave on the webshop are used exclusively for order processing and communication with customers.
7.1. Neve-Pet DOO reserves the right to change these Terms of Purchase without prior notice.
7.2. The customer is obliged to inform himself about the current Purchase Terms before each new order.
